This appointment is for returning clients to check in with how your child has been feeling since our last appointment together. It is a time to dive a little deeper into the case, discuss any new symptoms or concerns, make adjustments to the treatment plan/prescription, review pathology or functional testing (if relevant) and for you to ask questions about the treatment plan and prescription.

This appointment is for the purpose of acute situations including:

• Adjustments made to your treatment plan and prescription due to a change in circumstances

• An acute illness (cold, influenza, UTI)

• Prescription refill when all repeats have been exhausted on the original script
