Klara Walsh Naturopathy - Formerly Ocean Ivy Health & Wellness

Meet Klara, a mother and degree-qualified naturopath based in the beautiful small coastal town of Broulee on the Far South Coast of New South Wales.

Klara’s passion for health and wellness first began over 10 years ago when her health took a turn for the worse. After changing her diet and lifestyle, she noticed a big change in the way she felt and her health drastically improved. It was during this time her desire to know more began and she discovered naturopathy.

Klara graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science, a four-year degree specialising in naturopathy with a strong focus on nutrition. In practice, Klara believes in a holistic, evidence-based approach while drawing on her own life experience and utilising her education to support men, women and children on their journey to achieve optimal health and well-being.

Klara believes in providing her clients with the information and resources necessary to feel empowered and motivated to take control of their health. They will leave their appointment feeling confident and motivated to implement the treatment plan which may include lifestyle and dietary adjustments, along with a prescription for herbal and/or nutraceutical supplements and a referral for further testing if necessary.
